29G (0.33mm) is the strongest and most common. 30G (0.30mm) offers a good balance of comfort and reliability. 31G (0.25mm) is the thinnest and most comfortable but slightly more flexible. Follow your prescriber's advice if in doubt.
Orders placed before 15:00 CET ship the same day from Spain. Delivery to most EU countries takes 2–4 business days. Tracking number arrives by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Plain padded envelope. Sender appears as meeco SL with no product names, health terms, or brand markings on the outside. Only you will know what is inside.
Unopened, sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packages. Email [email protected] to start a return.
Yes. Our syringes are CE certified medical devices compliant with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745). They are sterilised with ethylene oxide and individually packaged. Each batch is traceable to its manufacturing facility.
Yes. We ship to all EU member states plus Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times outside the EU may be slightly longer (3–7 business days) and import duties may apply.
